PROGRAM ASSURANCE & REVIEW

Launch is the beginning of control evidence—not the end.

Public-safe model for recurring review of access, evidence, integrations, vendors, exceptions, control operation, and material program changes after production begins.

REVIEW DOMAINS

Eight recurring questions after go-live.

The cadence and evidence set are program-specific. V61 does not publish a universal SLA or claim that any review cadence alone creates regulatory compliance.

01

Access Review

Confirm identities, roles, privileged access, external participants, service accounts, and unnecessary access removal.

02

Evidence Review

Review provenance, custody, release, retention, legal hold, disposition, and unresolved evidence exceptions.

03

Integration Review

Review tenant boundaries, mapping versions, secret references, checkpoints, reconciliation, dead letters, and connector health.

04

Control Testing

Review whether key controls remain designed appropriately and whether operating evidence supports the intended control objective.

05

Vendor & Dependency Review

Reassess critical providers, data handling, continuity, contractual dependencies, and material changes in third-party risk.

06

Incident & Exception Review

Review security, privacy, evidence, operational, and integration exceptions plus remediation and risk acceptance decisions.

07

Program Change Review

Confirm whether new services, jurisdictions, users, integrations, data classes, or CST use cases require re-approval.

08

Executive Assurance

Summarize material findings, open risks, overdue actions, launch/renewal conditions, and accountable ownership.

ASSURANCE EVIDENCE

Review the operating record, not just the policy document.

Identity

Access-review record, removals, privilege decisions, MFA/passkey posture where applicable.

Operations

Assignment/program records, quality exceptions, escalation evidence, service-owner attestations.

Evidence

Custody events, hashes where used, participant access, release decisions, retention/hold records.

Integration

Connector health, job/reconciliation evidence, mapping lifecycle, replay/exception history.

Security

Control tests, incidents, vulnerability/change evidence, backup/restore and resilience records.

Governance

Policy approvals, vendor reviews, risk acceptance, control-owner attestations, review decisions.

REVIEW LOOP

Observe → test → decide → remediate → verify.

Findings should move toward accountable owners with preserved rationale and follow-up. Material changes can return the program to lifecycle validation or launch gates.

OBSERVE→TEST→DECIDE→REMEDIATE→VERIFY

COMPLIANCE DISCIPLINE

Readiness and evidence are not the same as certification.

MODLAN can engineer controls and preserve operating evidence to support independent review. SOC 2, regulatory obligations, HIPAA, GLBA, GDPR, and other frameworks still depend on applicability, contracts, configuration, actual operation, and where required independent assessment.

PUBLIC ASSURANCE SIGNAL MAP

Controls are useful when their evidence path is visible.

This is a public-safe control model, not live customer data, an audit result, or a representation that MODLAN has completed an independent SOC 2 examination.
