THE PROCESS AT A GLANCE

Know where you are, whose move it is, and what to expect next.

01Request

Submit business identity, organization context, and the capability you want to evaluate.

What happens here?

Your move: Complete the guided qualification request.

Boundary: This step alone does not authorize disclosure of protected MODLAN or CST material.

02MODLAN review

MODLAN evaluates business fit, eligibility, identity context, and appropriate disclosure scope.

What happens here?

MODLAN's move: No action is normally required unless clarification is requested.

Boundary: This step alone does not authorize disclosure of protected MODLAN or CST material.

03CDA/NDA issued

Qualified parties receive the exact attorney-approved agreement selected for the engagement.

What happens here?

Your move: Review the agreement and electronic-record terms.

Boundary: This step alone does not authorize disclosure of protected MODLAN or CST material.

04Execute agreement

The approved recipient completes the controlled execution path with verification and document identity controls.

What happens here?

Your move: Verify identity, review the exact document, and execute deliberately.

Boundary: This step alone does not authorize disclosure of protected MODLAN or CST material.

05MODLAN countersigns

MODLAN completes its review and countersignature before protected disclosure is authorized.

What happens here?

MODLAN's move: Wait for confirmation that the agreement is fully executed.

Boundary: This step alone does not authorize disclosure of protected MODLAN or CST material.

06Confidential briefing

MODLAN authorizes the approved briefing scope and coordinates access to protected material.

What happens here?

Shared step: Attend the approved briefing within the authorized scope.

Boundary: This step alone does not authorize disclosure of protected MODLAN or CST material.

Submitting a request does not itself create a confidentiality obligation, guarantee approval, or authorize disclosure of protected technology. MODLAN controls disclosure scope and access authority throughout the process.

GUIDED QUALIFICATION INTAKE

Request secure intelligence access.

Three short guided steps explain what MODLAN needs, what not to submit, and what happens after the request. This is a business qualification workflow—not a claim intake or evidence portal.

WHO TYPICALLY QUALIFIES
✓ Insurance carriers
✓ SIU organizations
✓ TPAs and claims organizations
✓ Independent adjusting firms
✓ Approved counsel
✓ Public-sector entities
✓ Enterprise partners
✓ Strategic technology partners
Why qualification first?

Qualification lets MODLAN establish business context and determine whether confidential disclosure is appropriate before protected material is exposed.

What happens after submission?

MODLAN reviews the request. If qualified, the applicable confidentiality agreement is issued through a controlled execution path. Protected disclosure does not occur during intake.

GUIDED SECURE INTELLIGENCE ACCESS REQUEST · STEP 1 of 3Business qualification only. Protected material is not disclosed by this form.
01Who you are

Identify the requesting professional and organization. Business qualification only—do not submit claim, claimant, policyholder, medical, credential, or evidence data.

02What you want to evaluate

Up next.

03Acknowledge and submit

Up next.

Why does MODLAN ask for this information?

It establishes the business identity associated with the request and helps MODLAN evaluate qualification. This is not a claim intake or evidence portal.

What should I NOT submit?

Do not provide claim files, claimant or policyholder data, medical records, SSNs, credentials, API keys, evidence, or protected case detail.

APPROVED EXECUTION PATHS

Several controlled options. One governed record.

After qualification, MODLAN selects the execution method appropriate to the organization and the exact attorney-approved agreement. These paths do not expose protected technical materials by themselves.

CONTROLLED DISCLOSURE

  • Deployment considerations
  • Integration discussions where appropriate

MODLAN RETAINS DISCLOSURE CONTROL

What may remain restricted.

  • Unpublished invention details

The execution layer is designed around the exact counsel-approved document, version identity, SHA-256 document fingerprints, timestamped audit events, controlled storage, and authorized delivery. Agreement execution does not itself expand disclosure beyond the scope MODLAN approves.

SECURE ACCESS FAQ

Clarity before disclosure.

Why is a CDA/NDA required?

MODLAN and CST Protocol include proprietary and patent-pending technology. Controlled disclosure protects both parties while enabling qualified business evaluation.

What happens after I submit?

MODLAN reviews the requesting organization, business purpose, role, area of interest, and appropriate disclosure scope. Unless clarification is requested, the next action belongs to MODLAN.

What information should I provide?

Provide business identity and evaluation context only. Do not submit claim files, medical records, SSNs, credentials, API keys, claimant information, or unrelated evidence.

Does submitting a request create confidentiality?

No. A request begins qualification review. Protected disclosure is not authorized until the applicable agreement is fully executed and MODLAN approves the briefing scope.

Does signing guarantee access?

No. Execution of a CDA/NDA may be required for certain disclosures, but MODLAN retains control over what is disclosed and for what approved purpose.

Can I execute the agreement online?

Approved parties may be offered one or more counsel-approved execution paths, including secure online execution, controlled download, or a counsel-coordinated process.

Will I receive a copy?

The controlled workflow is designed to preserve an executed copy and evidence receipt for the signer and MODLAN after successful completion.
