SECURITY · TRUST · ASSURANCE

Enterprise security is built into the operating model.

MODLAN engineers its platform around secure-by-design controls, forensic auditability, controlled disclosure, privacy-aware data handling, release provenance, resilience and evidence-backed assurance.

◇

Secure-by-design engineering

Defense in depth, least privilege, server-side authorization, hardened defaults, secure headers, secrets isolation and controlled release engineering.

◇

Identity & access governance

Short-lived privileged sessions, role-aware authorization, phishing-resistant MFA support, access review and centralized revocation controls.

◇

Evidence & audit integrity

Cryptographic hashes, append-only event records, evidence exports, controlled legal artifacts, verification and audit reconstruction workflows.

◇

Resilience & recovery

Backup attestations, isolated restore validation, integrity comparison, incident response and documented recovery evidence.

◇

Secure software supply chain

Pinned source provenance, release manifests, SBOM evidence, vulnerability policy gates, artifact hashes and post-deployment verification.

◇

Confidentiality & privacy

Data minimization, private storage, retention governance, legal holds, recipient-specific disclosure scopes and no public claim-evidence upload channel.

ASSURANCE ARCHITECTURE

Controls that generate evidence.

MODLAN's internal control plane is designed to preserve operating evidence for access reviews, incident response, backup/restore testing, release provenance, confidential disclosure, vendor risk and control-effectiveness testing.

GOVERN→CONTROL→TEST→EVIDENCE→VERIFY→IMPROVE

SOC 2 readiness

The platform is engineered to support evidence collection and operating-effectiveness workflows relevant to independent SOC 2 examination. MODLAN does not represent that an independent SOC 2 examination has been completed unless and until a final report exists.

Public-site data minimization

Do not submit claim files, medical records, Social Security numbers, credentials, payment data, or sensitive evidence through general public contact channels.

Protected CST technology

Public CST Protocol™ materials describe business value and approved capabilities while protected architecture, algorithms, source code, unpublished invention details and confidential implementation methods remain controlled.

Responsible security reporting

Good-faith security reports may be sent to the contact listed in MODLAN's security.txt file. Initial reports should minimize sensitive data and should never include unrelated claimant or customer records.

Browser boundary

MODLAN applies a restrictive browser-security baseline that limits framing, cross-origin resource use, powerful browser features, form destinations, content types, and script attributes. Sensitive and API surfaces are also marked no-store and noindex.

Content Security Policy

Protected request-rendered production surfaces support request-scoped nonce CSP with strict-dynamic, while public static-page removal of script unsafe-inline remains a launch qualification item that must be proven against real hydration before activation. Inline event-handler attributes remain blocked, and the metadata laboratory retains a no-egress connect-src policy.

Cross-origin isolation

Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy and Cross-Origin-Resource-Policy reduce unintended document and resource relationships. New external dependencies must be reviewed before security policy is expanded.

Powerful features

Camera, microphone, geolocation, payment, USB, serial, HID, display capture, motion sensors and similar browser capabilities are denied by default unless an approved product requirement justifies a controlled exception.

Independent assurance matters.

Compliance is not a web-page badge. It depends on control design, sustained operation, retained evidence, management oversight and independent examination. MODLAN's engineering objective is to make those controls measurable and auditable.

ENTERPRISE REVIEW

Security posture should lead to evidence, not slogans.

Use the public trust, questionnaire, procurement, and implementation layers to evaluate MODLAN without publishing sensitive control evidence or confidential architecture.
