Material continuity events and drills must preserve enough evidence to reconstruct impact, authority, alternate procedures, recovery, reconciliation and verification.
SERVICE PORTFOLIO EXPANSION
V92 expands into vehicle infotainment, mobile/cloud/drone forensics, eDiscovery, expert testimony, forensic engineering, fire origin/cause, HVAC/mechanical, electrical/lightning, component failure analysis, business interruption and commercial equipment loss assessment. Existing adjusting, SIU, evidence and vehicle services remain intact.
SOC 2 READINESS
Business-continuity drills, recovery evidence, access continuity, change/release evidence, vendor dependencies and processing-integrity checks can support an independent SOC 2 readiness program. MODLAN does not represent internal readiness engineering as an independent SOC 2 attestation.
LEGAL + PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARY
Engineering, origin-and-cause, laboratory, accounting, technical expert and testimony services preserve applicable licensing, credential, jurisdiction, evidence and professional-independence boundaries. MODLAN coordinates and governs the workflow; it does not manufacture qualifications.
