A browser or device is supported only when its declared profile and critical scenarios produce candidate-bound evidence.
MODLAN V85 · CROSS-BROWSER + DEVICE QA
Client support must be proven, not presumed.
V85 binds browser family, platform, viewport, input mode, accessibility behavior and visual evidence to the exact release candidate established by V84. Support is now a testable enterprise contract rather than an informal statement.
V85 DOCTRINE
Compatibility is part of release integrity.
A candidate that behaves correctly on one browser but loses focus, hides controls, breaks touch interaction or becomes unreadable on another supported client is not fully qualified.
A screenshot is evidence only when provenance, viewport, client, route, candidate and review disposition are bound to it.
Keyboard, reflow, motion, semantics and contrast are blocking product qualities, not optional polish.
Client QA must not capture customer, claim, evidence, credential or other protected operational content.
CLIENT QA COMMAND CENTER
One candidate. Many clients. One qualification decision.
This public lab is synthetic and non-executing. It models how MODLAN will bind browser, device, input, accessibility and visual evidence to the V84 release candidate without touching real customer data or production test infrastructure.

SUPPORTED CLIENT MATRIX
Support is an evidence-backed contract.
Declared support means MODLAN has a defined client profile, priority, input model and required critical-path scenarios for that candidate.

VISUAL EVIDENCE GOVERNANCE
Pixels need provenance.
Visual regression evidence is useful only when MODLAN can reconstruct the candidate, client, route, viewport, masking policy, threshold and review disposition behind the comparison.
Candidate-bound baseline
Baseline and candidate screenshots identify the exact build, route, viewport and client profile.
DENY · Reject comparison if provenance differs or is unknown.Deterministic masking
Only approved dynamic regions may be masked, with reason recorded in evidence.
DENY · Do not conceal unexplained visual change behind broad masks.Explicit threshold
Pixel/structural tolerance is versioned and scenario-specific.
DENY · No silent threshold increase to force a pass.Human review for material diffs
Material visual differences require owner disposition before promotion.
DENY · Automated similarity alone cannot approve a material client change. No protected content in snapshots
QA fixtures use synthetic data and screenshots exclude customer, claim, evidence and credential content.
DENY · Protected information must not enter client-QA artifacts.LEGAL / ASSURANCE PRECISION
Evidence supports claims; it does not manufacture certifications.
V85 uses precise support and assurance language. Test execution, automated scans, semantic review and visual comparison can substantiate MODLAN's documented quality controls, but no public V85 status is represented as a legal certification, regulatory finding, accessibility certification, or third-party attestation unless that conclusion is separately and validly established.
NEXT BUILD · V86
Observability II.
V86 can bind correlation, trace context, service-level indicators, alert quality and operator triage into the same V84 evidence fabric so runtime health becomes another governed source of release and operational assurance.
