CLIENT INTEGRATION READINESS ASSESSMENT

Prove the operating boundary before production data moves.

Use this public-safe planning assessment to identify whether the core authority, data, identity, evidence, integration, security, and assurance questions have been defined before technical implementation begins.

01Authority first

Define purpose, ownership, and decision rights before access.

02Minimum context

Move only the data required for the approved operating purpose.

03Reconcile

Prove business-level completeness, not merely transport success.

04Assure

Preserve the evidence needed to explain the production boundary later.

PUBLIC-SAFE SELF-ASSESSMENT

This assessment runs only in your browser. It is not submitted to MODLAN and should not contain claim data, credentials, PHI, PII, evidence, or other sensitive information.

01 · AUTHORITYHave the business purpose, owners, and decision authorities been defined?

Identify who can authorize the service, data access, production launch, exceptions, and material scope changes.

02 · SYSTEM OF RECORDIs the authoritative carrier/TPA system and source-of-record behavior documented?

MODLAN should complement—not silently replace—the approved source of record.

03 · DATAAre required data classes, minimum necessary fields, retention, and regional constraints known?

Do not start with 'send everything.' Start with the minimum authorized context required for the operating purpose.

04 · IDENTITYAre internal and external participant identity, MFA, role, and revocation requirements defined?

Carrier users, vendors, counsel, contractors, and MODLAN operators may require different access boundaries.

05 · INTEGRATIONAre mappings, event behavior, idempotency, reconciliation, and exception ownership defined?

A successful API call is not proof that the complete business dataset reconciled correctly.

06 · EVIDENCEAre evidence provenance, integrity, legal hold, transfer, and disposition requirements documented?

A hash supports integrity; custody also requires authority, possession, access, transfer, retention, and disposition evidence.

07 · SECURITYHave security, privacy, vendor-risk, incident, resilience, and disclosure requirements been reviewed?

The production boundary should be evaluated before credentials, regulated data, or customer evidence enter the environment.

08 · ASSURANCEIs there an evidence-backed launch gate and an owner for post-launch control review?

Production readiness should be demonstrable later, not reconstructed from memory after an incident or audit.
