PUBLIC-SAFE PLATFORM ARCHITECTURE

Connected by design. Separated by control.

MODLAN is designed as a governed operating layer around existing carrier, TPA, evidence, vehicle, and technology systems. This overview explains the public architecture without publishing security-sensitive implementation details or CST intellectual property.

01

CLIENT SYSTEMS

Carrier cores, TPA platforms, estimating systems, approved evidence sources, vehicle sources, and authorized partner systems remain authoritative where designated.

02

INTEROPERABILITY

Provider adapters, mapping versions, tenant boundaries, checkpoints, replay controls, and reconciliation govern approved exchange.

03

OPERATIONS

Claims, SIU, evidence, vehicle, and program workflows remain separate control domains with explicit authority and handoffs.

04

EVIDENCE

Purpose, provenance, integrity references, access history, secure transfer, retention, legal hold, and disposition support evidentiary accountability.

05

ASSURANCE

Security, access review, control evidence, change governance, vendor risk, resilience, and audit-readiness controls support enterprise operation.

06

CST BOUNDARY

Authorized context may enter a protected CST exchange boundary and return approved outputs without exposing protected mechanics.

CONTROLLED DATA PATH

Source authority and approved outputs remain visible.
