A policyholder's signature alone is not sufficient on tenanted or encumbered property, and several states make written consent the express statutory cure.

Common questions
Do you offer aerial surveillance?
No. Part 107 authorises commercial flight. It does not authorise surveillance, and several states restrict aerial observation of individuals — in some, evidence obtained that way is inadmissible. We document property and scenes.
Who authorises a flight over private property?
The property owner, or the client with authority over the property. We document the basis before flying.
Is the operator certificated?
Yes. Aerial work is performed under FAA Part 107.
What do you deliver?
Documentation with acquisition data and a flight record. Format follows your assignment instructions.
