COMPENSABILITY INVESTIGATIONS
Was it work-related?
AOE/COE and compensability fact-development — developing the record on how, when, and where an injury occurred, and what the available evidence supports.
MODLAN Systems, Inc. performs regulated investigative services only in jurisdictions where it holds the required licences. Inquiries from other jurisdictions are referred.
WHEN THIS IS THE RIGHT ENGAGEMENT
Where it fits
- The mechanism of injury is unclear or has changed in the telling.

- Prior injury or condition may be at issue.
- Witness accounts conflict with the reported facts.
