WHEN THIS IS THE RIGHT ENGAGEMENT
Where it fits
- Reported facts and available documentation do not reconcile.
- Coverage or liability turns on something nobody has verified.
- A statement is needed from a party or witness.
- The file needs development before a decision or a denial.

QUESTIONS
Common questions
Adjusting values and resolves the claim. Investigation develops the facts the valuation depends on. We do both, staffed separately where the engagement requires it.
Yes, and we document to that standard from the start rather than retrofitting it later.
Yes.
It is reported that way. A finding that resolves a file in the claimant's favour is still a finding, and it is worth as much to you.
CONTROLLED INTAKE
Discuss the assignment without transmitting sensitive evidence.
Public consultation channels are for business-purpose intake only. Claim files, medical records, credentials, claimant-identifying data, and evidence belong in an approved secure workflow.
